When making a purchase with us, Greene Wheels Limited , you are agreeing to the following Terms. Please ensure you have read and are fully aware of them.

Our Contract with You

Our website enables you to place an order with us. The process allows you to check and amend any errors before finally submitting your order. Please double check your order before finalising it.

After placing your order, you will receive an email from us confirming it has been received and is being processed. Another email will be sent with confirmation of despatch with the tracking information of your package.

Receiving confirmation of your order does not mean that we have finally accepted your order, only that the order has been received by us. Following receipt of your order we will undertake validity and verification checks. Subject to receiving clear results from such checks and receipt of your payment, a contract will come into existence between us.

The email we send confirming receipt of your order will contain an order reference number please quote this in any correspondence with us relating to your order.

We may email you to say that we cannot accept your order which could be for any of the following reasons:

The item you have chosen is not available or out of stock. If this is the case, we will email you and not process your order and will refund you the full amount as soon as possible. We may offer you a complimentary discount on an alternative purchase if you wish to make one.

We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment in which case we will email you and ask if you wish to pay by an alternative method.

Your payment fails the security checks in which case we may use extra security steps through Verified by Visa, or Mastercard®Secure Code or ask you if you wish to pay by an alternative method.

There has been an error by us in the pricing or description of the goods. We take care to ensure that prices on the website are correct when originally placed but it is possible that a price is incorrect and when checked on despatch the error is realised. In this case we will email you and where the correct price is less than the price stated on the website, we will charge the lower amount and refund the difference to you. If the correct price is higher than the price stated, we will inform you of this error and give you the option of continuing to purchase the Goods at the correct price or cancelling your order.

Images of items on the website are for illustrative purposes only and we make every effort to display them accurately. As we cannot guarantee how your device displays items it is possible that when delivered to you, they may vary slightly from those images.


The price shown includes delivery charges and all taxes including V.A.T. Some additional delivery cost may apply to some overseas destinations and this will be confirmed before you pay for your item.


We accept most payment methods including VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal. Charges for payments by credit card will be added to the total order amount and notified to you before you place an order.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

We reserve the right to reject a payment or order that we feel is at risk or could be fraudulent. In this instance the price will be refunded using the same payment method used to order and we will email and offer you the opportunity to pay by another means or to cancel your order.


Timescales for delivery and delivery charges vary depending on the delivery address and availability of items. Estimated delivery time for standard items should be within 3 – 5 working days of confirmation of purchase. Some special-order items may take longer. Delivery charges to the UK are free. Delivery charges for areas outside the UK are detailed on the website and before an order is finally placed.

Right to cancel

We may cancel an order at any time prior to delivery and refund your payment for any reason. This includes events outside our reasonable control, including (without limitation) change of law, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

If an event outside our control takes place that affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and arrange a new delivery date with you after the event outside our control is over. You may cancel the order if an event outside our control takes place and you no longer wish to receive the items.

Faulty Items

Any faulty items received must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

We provide high quality goods that are checked by us to be fault free and undamaged. Sometimes though goods may need to be returned and the following conditions apply in these cases.

Before despatch, all purchases are carefully hand checked and securely packed. Please check the goods as soon as you receive them. If you receive goods that are different from those ordered, have faults, are damaged (including damage in transit) or if part of an order is missing, please contact us immediately within 48 hours. We will respond with a case number.

If your package is damaged in transit, please bring this to the attention of the courier and if possible, send us a photo of the damaged parcel when you contact us by email.

In the above cases we will replace your goods and pay for the return of those originally sent to you.

Under your statutory rights you have up to 14 days from receiving your purchase to inform us that you want to return them. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return items please contact us using the form below. The goods must be returned to us within 14 Days of informing us of your decision to return them.

For us to accept a returned item, it must be returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition with all manufacturer’s protective packaging in place with any manuals, accessories and boxes intact and in their original condition.

The cost of return (shipping and any other associated costs) will be your responsibility and must be sent to the address shown below, we suggest you return goods by an appropriately insured recorded delivery service or courier and email us the tracking number. We will not be held responsible for any items not received by us. Your refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned package.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


We will only use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read this.


Your internet protocol address is logged when placing an order. This is for reasons of fraud protection. All orders are scanned strictly for fraud by our fraud department before they are shipped. If you specify a different shipping address to the billing address, then your order may take longer as we have to perform the necessary checks. Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be disclosed to the appropriate authorities on their legal request.

Right to vary terms

These terms are amended occasionally. Every time you order items from us, the terms in force at the time of your order will apply to the Contract between us.

Other Important Terms

Risk of loss and damage of Items is assumed by you from the moment the Goods are delivered. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing.

This Contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Each of the conditions of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our current prices and delivery details set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the Goods to you by us.

These Terms are governed by English law and the parties agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute (including non-contractual claims or disputes) which arise in relation to these Terms or any contract.
